Please follow each step below
1 STEP 1: AWARDED VEHICLES 

After the online auction ends, vehicles are awarded to the highest bidder. If you’ve placed a winning bid, the vehicle will appear in the Awarded section of your MotorTrade account.
2 STEP 2: PURCHASE ORDER AND SERVICES 

Once a vehicle is awarded, you have 24 hours to validate your purchase order and select a delivery service if needed. Simply go to the purchase order section and click “Choose a service”.
You can then choose collection from the storage location or delivery with one of our logistics partners. If you have multiple saved addresses, select your preferred delivery location. The platform will display the delivery fee based on your choice. Clicking “Confirm” means you accept the provided quote.
After selecting your desired services, validate the purchase order by clicking “Validate all purchase orders”. You will then be able to download your vehicle’s purchase order.
Within 24 to 48 hours of validating the purchase order, we will issue a final invoice for the vehicle, which you can access and download from the “My Documents” section of your account. More details about how to access your documents here.

The invoice must be paid within 10 days.
3 STEP 3: VEHICLE RELEASE 

Once we receive your payment, our team will process it and send you the vehicle’s release code within one working day (please consider bank processing times).

If you selected collection, the vehicle’s release code will be emailed to you and sent to the storage location, allowing you to arrange vehicle pickup. If you requested a delivery service when validating the purchase order, the release code will also be sent to the transport company, who will coordinate with the storage site to arrange vehicle collection on your behalf.
