How long is the manufacturer’s warranty?
This will vary by manufacturer and so for the most up to date guidance, it is best to contact them directly.
Their brand website will have model specific information and if you make a note of the vehicle’s mileage, its registration plate and vehicle identification number, its customer service teams may be able to provide you with any further details on the grounds of the manufacturer’s warranty.
What about personal data on a used electric vehicle (EV)?
As part of our standard processes, Arval will wipe personal data from the car and we will also ask the previous driver to remove their details from the app linked to the car.
Do manufacturers always provide a fast-charging cable?
The cables provided with the car can vary by manufacturer. We will always show images of which cables come with the car in the vehicle advert.
