When you receive cars from MotorTrade, check them carefully to confirm there are no extra damages. Keep the driver waiting and do not sign the CMR until the inspection is done.
After inspecting the vehicles, fill in the CMR with the truck driver. Add any damages not listed in MotorTrade in the “reserve” box or in the proper section with the VIN numbers.
If needed, open a complaint as quickly as possible, even without all the required elements. The list of elements and deadlines can be found in our complaint process.
Videos are the key element for your complaints. You will need to show us which vehicle it is (including the VIN number), what the problem is, how it appears, and what the symptoms are.
