As part of our continuous improvement approach, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a new functionality in MotorTrade, featuring an advanced self-care module, available in the "awarded vehicles" tab.
How to find the Self-care transport
GO to homepage of MotorTrade,
choose “awarded vehicles” tab and click on ⬇️
“transport request” module
STEP 0/4 : Transport not started, vehicle in preparation
Vehicle in preparation link to administrative and/or technical control and is currently located at sale storage facilities
STEP 1/4 : Vehicle ready for transport
The preparation of your vehicle is finished and it is ready for transport.
STEP 2/4 : Transport ordered
Order is sent to transport company. Your vehicle hasn’t moved yet from its first pick up point.
STEP 3/4 : Vehicle loaded
Your vehicle is loaded and will soon be delivered.
Please proceed to payment so that we can send you the pick-up autorisation.
STEP 4/4 : Vehicle delivered
Your vehicle arrived at pick up storage place.
If the vehicle is paid and necessary documents received, the pick up will be send automatically (except fast track).
From now on, you will be able to verify transport status from “awarded vehicles” menu.
