We would like to share important information regarding the procedures for pickups and deliveries at our storage facilities.
General guidelines :
• Advance Notice : Loading should be announced at least 48 hours in advance to the storage place.
• Last-Hour Arrivals : Please note that last-hour arrivals for pickups will be refused.
• Documentation : Always print your TDC document for loading, as digital versions are not accepted.
Specific procedures for Castelnau storage place :
• Pickup by CMR : It is obligatory to book an appointment online via this link
• Pickup by TDC (jockey) : You must also schedule an appointment by sending a request to accueil.btv@gcatrans.com
Kindly note that loading will not be possible without a confirmed appointment specifying the exact date and time for pickups at the Castelnau storage facilities.
Guidelines in Ambérieu storage place (new link)
• Pickups and deliveries by TDC (jockey) : It is obligatory to book an appointment online via this NEW link
• Pickups by CMR : Please contact expedition.amberieu@groupecat.com and ensure that you present your driving license before every loading.
Kindly note that loading by TDC (jockey) will not be possible without a confirmed appointment specifying the exact date and time for pickups at the storage place.
Additionally, always refer to the pickup authorization document provided by Arval Trading. This document contains all the essential and mandatory information you will need.
